How to contribute to our vision:
We are seeking an Industrial Casting Engineer to join our Manufacturing Support team in Aalborg, Denmark. As a member of the Manufacturing Support - Industrial Engineering department, you will specifically be involved in casting. You will be a part of a team of 7 professional individuals within a larger group of 20, who support blade production in Aalborg through diverse activities and projects.

Your primary responsibilities within casting will include:

• Development of innovative production solutions, like automatization of the casting process, casting equipment, and casting time.
• Capacity expansions of the casting equipment.
• Improving working environment and product quality.
• Start-up of new production lines and commissioning of new production equipment.
• Support production in achieving high quality and improving processes through structured problem solving.
• Launch initiatives to improve safety and quality in the factory.
• Improvement of the quality of the blade such as reducing errors related to the casting process.
• Perform and facilitate production tests.
• Support global capabilities and ensure documentation is up-to-date and reflects current casting processes.

What you need to make a difference:
You must have a diploma or a master’s degree in engineering. It is important that you have knowledge with thermodynamic and pneumatic.

You should have experience with data analysis and flair for automation. In addition, we are looking for a candidate with strong analytical skills and attention to detail, ability to work independently and take responsibility, and a person with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ideally you are fluent in Danish and English.

A few years of working experience would be a benefit, but we are also open for new curious and motivated individuals. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Lastly, we are looking for a motivating team player, who is resilient, responsible, and structured with excellent communication and stakeholder skills. You are motivated by providing quality results within the deadlines and are happy to work in a dynamic organization and environment. Furthermore, you are a responsible and detail-oriented individual who can plan, prioritize, and execute daily operations and tasks.
