Region NCE > SBU NCE Service > NCE SC Operations Development

Supply Chain Operations Development, belongs to the Regional Supply Chain for the NCE Service Business (Onshore & Offshore) operating the Regional Warehouses within Vestas. We facilitate warehouse execution, forecasting, planning, order management, and the footprint development primarily within Service, but also with synergies linked to Construction.
By joining us as our new Lead Project Professional you will be part of a team that works holistically with the Vestas Logistics. In the NCE Supply Chain Operations Development you will be working with managers from different backgrounds within the supply chain and assist set the course for our regional efforts. You can expect a team of inclusive and enthusiastic colleagues who will be more than merry to knowledge share and support when needed be. You will be reporting directly to Manager for Logistics & PM, Ivan Giuseppe Lund Fraulo and be involved with a great deal of stakeholders across Vestas NCE.

Responsibilities
As our Lead Project Professional you can expect to be responsible for:

  • The footprint development of our Off Shore supply chain in NCE
  • Reviewing and building solid business cases together with the Service Business to support Vestas Off-Shore business from the supply chain perspective
  • Cooperating with Facility Management, Legal, QSE, Transport, Finance etc. to build and maintain the best physical setup for distribution of Spares & Tools in NCE Service
  • Navigating different setups, understand dynamics on different countries, and collect and analyze data to support decision making
  • Spearheading Off-Shore projects from the NCE Supply Chain perspective and keep alignment with global processes and standards

Qualifications
We believe that for you to be able to undertake the responsibilities, you can reflect yourself in the following professional criteria:

  • Ideally you hold a bachelor's degree (Logistics, Project Management, or similar) or have experience working in problem-solving settings
  • Experience with stakeholder management of internal and external character
  • Experience in Operational and LEAN Supply Chain
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Very good English both written and spoken

This position will give you access to data and possibility to create different approaches to problems while leading projects. You will be working with project management, consultancy, and optimization of new and existing areas within Supply Chain. We offer you a good possibility to extend your network both locally and internationally with both Vestas and our Suppliers, as you can expect travel time in this position. Additional information
Work location: Vestas' office in Aarhus, Denmark
This position requires approximately 20 days of travel yearly.
