We are looking for a Student Assistant for our department Complaint Management, Quality Systems & Compliance. Here you will get the opportunity to work side-by-side with highly experienced quality system professionals overseeing the performance and compliance of the quality system.

The primary responsibilities include customer complaint handling and registration, but as we are continuously developing, the job can evolve to include tasks from functions in the department over time.

Responsibilities

• Registration and handling of customer complaints
• Unpacking of return products
• Support improvement of systems and processes
• Data handling and analysis
• Other day-to-day tasks, to the quality system and quality processes

Requirements

• A strong scientific mindset
• Proficient in English and Danish
• Studying natural science e.g., pharmacy, engineering or similar
• Ability to work min. 15 hours per week on site

You can work independently and can run with a task with little supervision. You are detail-oriented, systematic, and structured, a self-starter, and learn at a quick pace. You are adaptable and not afraid to learn from your mistakes. You are conscientious about your tasks, solution-oriented and focused on meeting deadlines.
