Join us in this role where you’ll help build our brand, grow our communities on our global social media channels, and launch new initiatives that take us to the next level. Using your international experience, you’ll create content that captivates and inspires our communities across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and Instagram, and use your knowledge on how to handle community management in a global environment.

You’ll also be working closely together with colleagues in Global Media Relations, Global Marketing, our global teams for sustainability and public affairs, and communication professionals in our different markets. As a team, we put a lot of emphasis on working together. We discuss ideas, provide regular feedback, and make space for an open dialogue to learn from each other.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • driving and producing best-in-class organic content for our global social media channels that totals over 500,000 followers
  • driving and further developing our employee advocacy programme
  • further developing our social media content strategy together with the Head of Social Media

  • helping colleagues with community management.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • are an experienced SoMe communicator with a flair for dialogue-based and visual communication, preferably with a broader background in journalism or communication
  • have excellent writing and video-editing skills with a strong understanding of how to convert learnings from analytics into creative storytelling
  • speak and write English and Danish fluently, enabling you to produce content for and engage with both our global and Danish social media communities
  • are a detail-oriented and structured person, a quick learner, and great at spotting digital trends
  • can foster good relationships across a global business and act as an internal social media ambassador.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
