Join us in this role where you’ll make a significant contribution to strengthen our internal control framework for group financial and sustainability reporting to ensure a sound control culture- and environment.

Welcome to Group Finance
You’ll be part of the Internal Control Assurance team where you, together with your colleagues, will drive master data processes and manage day-to-day operations in a GRC tool. Together, you’ll develop and enhance monitoring dashboards for internal controls, test the internal controls, and support the team with various internal controls’ activities for group financial & non-financial processes. You’ll be reporting to the Head of Internal Control Assurance. As a team, we’re diverse, and work with an open mindset to provide the best solutions for internal controls and learn from experience.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • supporting and directing processes in the GRC tool, focusing on master data set-up, coordination with 1st line of defense applicable controls and assignments (control performers & control reviewers) for company codes
  • managing and directing day-to-day operations in the GRC tool
  • developing and enhancing monitoring dashboards for internal controls
  • testing design and operating effectiveness of internal controls and facilitating remediation of control deficiencies
  • preparing training materials, e.g., reference guides, training tubes, slide decks, etc., conducting and supporting trainings to increase awareness about risks and controls in our organisation
  • supporting senior team members in enhancing and developing controls for group financial & non-financial processes.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a degree in accounting, finance, or similar
  • have 5-7 years of experience in audit or internal controls from Big4 or from the Internal Controls/Financial Compliance department in Shared Service Centre in a global company
  • demonstrate solid SAP knowledge
  • are a team player with considerable stakeholder management and analytical skills
  • demonstrate great communication skills and fluency in English.
