SoD & Access Management Specialist

Join us in this role where you’ll make a significant contribution to strengthen our internal control framework for group financial and sustainability reporting to ensure a sound control culture- and environment.

Welcome to Group Finance
You’ll be part of Control Assurance team where you, together with your colleagues, will be working with SoD and access compliance to build and develop governance models for this area. Together, you’ll support the implementation and test controls to mitigate risks for accesses, and report results of your work to senior management. You’ll be working closely with the IT Security Authorisation team and process & risk owners across the organisation and report to the Head of Internal Control Assurance. As a team, we’re diverse, and work with an open mindset to provide the best solutions for internal controls and learn from our experiences.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • providing access risk awareness and mitigating controls training to the 1st line of defence
  • monitoring and reviewing identified accesses and SoD violations and ensuring risks are valid and updated in SAP GRC Access Management
  • testing and mitigating controls to ensure that they are implemented and operating effectively
  • performing and reporting results from periodic access and SoD compliance reviews
  • providing relevant reporting on access and SoD violations to senior management and process and risk owners
  • initiating process improvement for SAP GRC Access Management.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a degree in accounting, finance, or similar
  • have at least 5-7 years of experience working with risks and internal controls from audit firms and/or the second line of defence in a global company
  • have prior experience with SoD and access compliance using SAP GRC Access Management
  • demonstrate solid SAP knowledge
  • are a team player with considerable stakeholder management and analytical skills
  • demonstrate great communication skills and fluency in English.
