RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assist in the development and implementation of change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during periods of transformation.
  2. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement within existing processes and systems.
  3. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement.
  4. Lead sourcing and partners to ensure the scalability and flexibility..
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate changes, solicit feedback, and address concerns.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to transformation and change management, and apply this knowledge to enhance our approach.
  7. Take ownership of assigned tasks and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Demonstrated interest in transformation, change management, or organizational development and sourcing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Previous experience in project management or transformation initiatives is a plus.
  • Excellent English
