We are now looking for you: A dedicated and smart student who would like to start the career in our Product Support & Service team ensuring our high service and quality level.
Flair for technical products and service systems You will become part of our Service & Support department and take part in the daily work of a very international team, who handles product quality issues that are escalated from our level 1 support line. You will support the team primarily with administrative tasks but also get your hands – and ears – busy with straightforward technical product testing. You will oversee for example the following tasks:

  • Testing products for quality issues
  • Handling sample distribution to & retrieval from our global subsidiaries
  • Updating team internal manuals & documentation
  • Managing content on our Service & Support website
  • Help us with Customer Satisfaction Surveys
  • Working hours: approx. 15 hours a week

What are we looking for in you?

  • You are in the beginning of your higher education program
  • You navigate comfortably in MS office and computer settings
  • You have a general interest in service & IT, headsets & sound
  • You have an eye and ear for details, are organized and reliable
  • You are customer service driven and work with high speed
  • You communicate effortlessly with our colleagues in fluent English
