As a Sourcing Specialist you will be mainly responsible for:
- Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies to attract talent.
- Utilizing various sourcing techniques, including online sourcing, networking, and social media to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with passive and active candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Tracking and reporting on sourcing metrics and effectiveness of sourcing strategies to continuously improve recruitment efforts.
- Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and sourcing techniques to enhance sourcing effectiveness.
Who are we looking for?
- Colleague with proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role in the IT/Tech industry is a plus, we can also consider sourcing experience outside IT but with eagerness to master it.
- Expert with social networks and job boards.
- Natural networker with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Team member with good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously.
