PEOPLE INSIGHTS CONSULTANT - INTERNSHIP AUTUMN 2024

WHO ARE WE?

With more than 30 years of experience, Ennova is the market-leading Scandinavian consultancy company within Employee- (EX) and Customer Experience (CX). Operating from our offices in Aarhus, Copenhagen, Stockholm and Oslo, we design and execute large-scale surveys and we help our clients take action based on the acquired insights. Over time, we have gathered vast amounts of data, which we are continuously using for creating valuable insights for our customers.

THE ROLE

You will be joining our People Insights team, where we help medium and large companies gain actionable insights into their most important asset, their employees.

We generate our findings by analysing survey data, which we often connect to other employee data delivered by the client. We also help clients develop questions or full stand-alone surveys when they need to dig deeper into a strategic area, which is not covered by their regular engagement survey setup.

Our end-product is typically a strategic report, where we apply storytelling methodologies to convey our findings. Our objective is that our key client stakeholders (typically HR leaders) obtain actionable insights, which they can use to further strengthen the employee experience in their organization and thereby increase engagement and retention.

An example of a project could be a deep dive into Inclusion & Diversity. Here we scrutinize survey results in search of an organization’s strengths and development opportunities with regards to providing equal opportunities and -employee experience regardless of gender, age, background etc.

After a thorough introduction, your primary task will be to, independently, develop client projects. This entails understanding the client’s needs, preparing the data, analysing the data and building the final report in PowerPoint. You will be supported by an experienced analyst on all client projects.
If you wish, your role could also develop to include direct customer contact when scoping or delivering projects.

When you are not working on specific client projects, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of development projects which you can influence based on your skills and interests. Examples of development projects could be designing new analytical concepts, making our visual storytelling even stronger, further strengthening our offerings within text analysis, digging for trends and stories in our massive data warehouse or automating our analytical concepts for faster and more efficient delivery.

WHOM DO WE HOPE TO FIND?

We are not focused on specific lines of studies but rather an analytical profile with strong MS Office skills (ppt and xls in particular), a desire to learn and the ability to work fast and focused when needed.

Currently, our team consists purely of native Danes, but we are very open to international colleagues, if your written and spoken English is excellent, and that you will excuse if our team need some time to get into the habit of sticking to English when communicating across the team.

Your main interest could be within data and statistics, or it could be more in the line of HR and business. Our projects need competencies from both sides, and we will support you develop in areas you feel less experienced within. But you must have a strong analytical mindset and an interest in uncovering and communicating insights from large datasets.

You should be able to see yourself thriving in an environment where we are; informal, ambitious, and at times very focused on delivering on deadlines - but we always take the time to joke and show a genuine interest in one another.

WHAT WE OFFER

The full-time internship starts in August where you will be onboarded with other interns, who will work in other teams within Ennova. You will work alongside other young Ennovians, who typically engage in a lot of social activities outside of work.

Ennova has a flexible working environment, where we book whatever desk we like when we want to come into the office. Some of us are there every day while others prefer working mostly remotely. The People Insights Team is connected to our Aarhus headquarters, but we are open to having our new intern work out of the Copenhagen office, if you are willing to come for a visit occasionally.

After the internship we would be likely to offer you a student job and hopefully you would consider joining us full time once you graduate (many of our current employees started that way).
