Your New Role
You will be placed in the SC SAP Master Data team and report to the associate Director of the SC Master Data and Compliance team.

You will be a key-person and point of contact for SAP master data-related inquiries. You will closely work together with your team, data owners and other stakeholders across the organization to ensure compliance and consistency of master data across business systems.

We hope you thrive with a combination of providing subject matter expert expertise and handling day-to-day operational tasks.

Main Tasks

  • Creation and maintenance of Master Data in SAP, such as Material Masters, Bill of Materials, Master Recipe and Production Versions.
  • Maintain Master Data Governance framework to enforce data governance policies and data quality rules.
  • Establishing and maintaining procedures for continuous Master Data maintenance.
  • Monitoring the Master Data for inconsistences and work with data owners for resolution.
  • Perform data queries, analysis, and visualization exercises.
  • Carry out mass updates and complete data cleansing as needed.
  • Assist with system testing activities.
  • Provide training and communication to team members and stakeholders of functional master data governance, processes, and tools.
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives, system changes and projects.

Your Talents & Skills

  • Experience working with master data, ideally within the Pharmaceutical of Biotech industry. Maybe you have a background as Data Steward or similar function.
  • Strong understanding of master data management concepts, data governance and data quality.
  • Analytical and logical mindset and ability to think critically about master data implications.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAP S4/HANA
  • Service minded and comfortable communicating with people of all levels in the organization.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills in English (ideally in Danish as well), both written and verbal.

Your New Team
You will be part of our SAP Master Data Management Team with 3 dedicated and skilled colleagues who are responsible for our Production Master Data in SAP S4/HANA. The team is part of the Large-Scale Supply Chain Organization, which consists of 60+ dedicated colleagues with a broad variety of educational backgrounds.

We work closely with internal customers across the organization locally and across our global supply chain network.
