We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Strategic Relationship Manager to join our Marketing team. This role is crucial for managing and expanding our key strategic relationships, including collaborations with mass spectrometry vendors and liquid handler companies. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in strengthening our market position and contributing to our mission of revolutionizing proteomics research.

Our mission at Evosep is to improve the quality of life and patient care by radically innovating how protein-based clinical diagnostics are performed. Through collaborations with world-leading scientists, we work to develop new technologies and solutions to make LC-MS sample separation 10 times faster and 100 times more robust than today's alternatives.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Strategic relationship management: develop, map and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key partners to drive the business. This includes mass spectrometry vendors and liquid handling companies. Understand their needs and objectives to align our services and products effectively.
  • Collaboration and negotiation: work closely with partners to develop joint strategies, agreements, and initiatives that drive mutual growth and success.
  • Market analysis: conduct market analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the proteomics field. Leverage insights to inform partnership strategies and product development.
  • Cross-functional teamwork: collaborate with internal teams, including R&D, sales, and marketing, to ensure the alignment of partnership activities with overall business objectives.
  • Reporting and analysis: provide regular reports on partnership performance, market insights, and strategic opportunities to the VP of Marketing and other stakeholders.
  • Brand ambassador: represent Evosep at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events, strengthening our brand and expanding our network of strategic partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biology, chemistry, or a related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic relationship management or business development, preferably in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of life science tools industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team and manage projects across multiple departments.
  • Strategic thinker with a problem-solving attitude and an ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • The role is based in Europe or East Coast US.
