We are seeking a talented and experienced IT Service Owner manage our Marketing Automation and Digital Channels IT Services and Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of marketing automation solutions and digital channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of marketing technologies and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end development and delivery of Marketing Automation services and Digital Channels.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create and communicate the service development roadmap.
• Manage development backlog, release planning, and system functionality with developers.
• Oversee IT service operations, including change and incident management, order management, and performance.
• Maintain IT Service inventory, licensing, and capacity.
• Coordinate service development projects and sometimes act as Project Manager.
• Manage IT service staffing, resource planning, forecasting, and cost control.
• Define SLAs and KPIs to measure and improve service performance.
• Ensure IT Service compliance with industry standards, regulations, and policies.
• Coordinate vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors involved in service delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to develop strategies aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate project updates.
• Lead selection, implementation, and optimization of marketing automation and digital channel tools.
• Ensure seamless integration with other IT systems and databases.
• Manage data quality and governance for effective marketing campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and implement security measures.
• Manage relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee service delivery.
• Stay informed about industry trends in marketing automation and digital channels.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on marketing automation and digital channels.
• Proven experience in implementing and optimizing various systems and solutions, including marketing automation platforms, content management systems, event management platforms, marketing data analytics tools, SEO and SEM, social media management tools, and advertising technology.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, customer journey mapping, and digital marketing strategies.
• Experience with data integration, data management, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and service-oriented mindset.
• Certifications in marketing automation platforms and IT service management (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights, ITIL) are a plus.
