What you will do?
As our new Recruitment Specialist, you will drive recruitment processes from A-Z for positions across the organisation. You will support our leaders in their hiring needs and function as a sparring partner in the search for the right employees. You will furthermore drive Employer Branding initiatives and make sure our new colleagues are pre- and onboarded in the most engaging way.
Your main tasks include:
- Coordination and planning of the recruitment process.
- Driving the whole recruitment process, incl. drafting and publishing job ads, inviting to and conducting job interviews, analysing personal profile reports and giving feedback to candidates and checking for references.
- Driving pre- & onboarding processes and activities.
- Collaborating with Marketing & Communications on development and execution of employer branding initiatives.
- Ensuring that all candidates, in contact with Cadeler, experience professional support and service.
- Ensuring the right tools and systems for recruitment, pre- & onboarding purposes.

We think you will be a good match if you have some of the following competencies:
- Relevant educational background in People & Culture/HR and/or psychology.
- Solid experience as a recruiter in a corporate environment.
- Excellent computer skills, proficiency in MS Office applications, recruitment tools and HR systems.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Certification in Predictive Index Test Systems is an advantage.
- Experience from offshore wind industry or support to equivalent technical organization is an advantage.
