Your future team – The Maintenance team
We are a larger team of 30+ people in the Technical department. We are primarily engineers, and we are working with rolling stock technical items, passenger experience, quality management systems and building quality, Project management and maintenance.

We learn from each other, and we are happy to support each other. We like to have fun together. In addition to our monthly meetings, we have ongoing meetings to share knowledge.

Your future project
You will work within a project team alongside other professionals such as Change Managers, Legal Counsels and d professionals within commercial and administration.

In the project you contribute to ensure quality and robustness of the chosen maintenance model and contract, which have integrated KPIs for relevant performance requirements, also to reliability and availability. Our primary task is to deliver well-functioning trains and maintenance, contributing to a greener Denmark.

Your tasks
You will work with implementation of the acquisition projects DSB are doing. Your tasks will be to:

  • Identify KPIs for the overall control of maintenance.
  • Implement KPI-processes and methods in DSB.
  • Ensure that the supplier systems, methods and processes for measuring and monitoring of failure-rates and availability in service are implemented and work as specified according to the contract.

Who are you?
We are looking for an engineer or similar professional with experience within reliability, availability and maintainability (RAM). Through the introduction to your job, we will upgrade your skills to maintenance of rolling stock.

Other than this we envision that you possess the following competences:

  • Educational background as an engineer (or alike)
  • Relevant experience on your technical skills, in relation to reliability and availability (FMECA, FTA, RBD, FRACAS)
  • Relevant experience with maintenance, preferably with rolling stock
  • Multi technical understanding.
