This is an exciting opportunity to become a pivotal part of a motivated HR department that includes HR Partnering, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and HSQE, primarily serving one of our largest business units.

Role Overview:
As an HR Partner, you will engage in a multifaceted role, involving comprehensive HR duties—from managing annual HR cycles to addressing day-to-day operational and labor relations issues. This position calls for a strategic thinker who can also deliver hands-on solutions, offering expert consulting to management on a variety of People and HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Annual HR Activities: Lead and execute crucial HR initiatives throughout the year, including performance reviews, training & development, succession planning, and compensation strategies.
  • Business Partnering: Serve as a strategic advisor to department heads and senior management, delivering insights and support on all HR facets to align with business objectives.
  • Employee Relations: Manage complex employee and labor relations concerns, ensuring legal compliance and fostering a positive workplace environment.
  • Policy Development and Implementation: Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures that satisfy organizational needs while adhering to legal requirements.
  • Change Management: Aid senior management in organizational change efforts, facilitating effective communication and minimizing operational disruptions.
  • HR Metrics & Reporting: Evaluate HR metrics to spot trends and improvement opportunities, reporting on HR activities and their business impact.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary contact for business leaders, liaising with stakeholders across the company and streamlining local HR processes.

Your Background:

  • A relevant degree, preferably a Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR role, with substantial expertise in the Danish labor market.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR practices and principles, particularly within a service-driven context.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • High professional integrity and discretion.

As an individual, you are positive, collaborative, energetic, and proactive. You possess a strong business acumen and a strategic mindset, capable of handling day-to-day HR issues while also planning for long-term success. Your influential communication skills enable you to motivate and guide others.

Proficiency in both English and Danish is essential.
