Maintenance and Modifications department is looking to strengthen the team with a Quality and Risk Management (QRM) professional. You will play a crucial role within our project management team.
About the position
We are seeking experienced QRM senior engineers to manage quality and risk activities within our project organizations across various locations. Previous experience in a similar role within the Oil & Gas industry is advantageous. You will work independently and as a part of an open and approachable team. You are self-driven and motivated to enhance and modernize your area of expertise. You will be responsible for quality and risk management in projects where you will demonstrate leadership and prioritize tasks effectively
Responsibilities and tasks include
- Play an active role in the project management team
- Lead risk management processes, including identification, analysis, and mitigation strategies
- Manage and monitor relevant quality activities throughout projects
- Develop and implement audit and verification programs, ensuring thorough follow-up
- Coordinate, analyze and follow up nonconformity reporting
- Manage quality and risk activities towards customer, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Contribute to the ongoing development of quality and risk management in Aibel
Qualifications
- Preferably Master's/Bachelor's degree. Relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education
- Relevant experience and preferably certifications related to quality management, auditing, and risk management
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Ability to work independently and manage challenges
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills, both in Norwegian and English
