HR Student Assistant - HAARSLEV

As part of this remarkable journey, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Student Assistant to join our team.

The job
As an HR Student Assistant, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR, allowing you to apply your academic knowledge in a practical setting. You will be a part of our HR & Legal team based in Haarslev on Funen.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Assist with updating and ensuring data discipline in our HR database, and create user guides for our managers.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and participating in interviews.
• Support daily HR administrative tasks.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives for attracting top talent, such as LinkedIn posts.
• Assist with facilitating our global leadership education.
• Assist with structuring training concepts and activities.
• Support our HR business partners with new HR projects and initiatives.

In this role you can expect between 10-20 hours per week.

Is this you?
We are looking for a passionate person with a keen interest in people and organizational development. To thrive in this role, you should:

• Be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, psychology or a related field with at least 12 months remaining in your studies.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be enthusiastic and eager to learn about various HR functions.
• Have excellent communication skills in English and Danish (both verbal and written).
