We are one of the fastest-growing podcast & audiobook platforms in Europe and we are now looking for a Talent Attraction Assistant [student worker] to join our amazing P&C team. Come and join us on our journey to enrich lives through listening.
This is the role:
As a Talent Attraction Assistant focused on recruitment, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting talent to our team. Your work will directly impact our ability to grow and maintain a dynamic, inclusive workplace. You will assist with the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, helping to streamline recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.

Your main responsibilities in this role:

• Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Search for candidates for selected roles.
• Maintain and update recruitment data bases and tracking systems.
• Provide administrative support to the People & Culture team as needed.

The hours per week in this position are approximately 16 hours per week, with flexibility in periods with exams.

This is you:
We imagine that you are in the middle of your master studies and have previous experience working in the field of People & Culture. You are a proactive, organised student with a keen interest in People & Culture, especially recruitment. You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to interact effectively with candidates and team members. Your attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information make you a trusted member of our team. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited to contribute to our growth and culture.

Experience we’re looking for:

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, particularly in handling candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A collaborative and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving.

Naturally, being passionate and knowledgeable about podcasts, audio content, media, and entertainment is a big plus!
