Join our collaborative and supportive team as a Project Manager for Field Service! Your role will be to plan the day-to-day field service activities for the Field Service team. As part of our newly formed Field Service team, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape the direction and practices of our department. Your ideas and expertise will directly impact our way of working and the tools we use. Your responsibilities

• Plan and organize field service personnel, improve service availability and quality for Metallurgy
• Deliver superior customer service experience in field service activities
• Drive continuous improvement culture and the implementation of improvements to achieve service excellence
• Facilitate spare parts sales and manage orders

Your background

• Education in a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience, with a background in project management, spare parts handling, and leading field personnel
• Proficient in handling Full Cost Models
• Experience with SAP is merit
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Ability to handle many tasks at the same time
• You are fluent in Swedish and English
