Portfolio and Program Manager to Program Management Office

Why this role is important to us
Program Management Office manages the portfolio of product investment initiatives across SimCorp Product Development, to ensure maximum value delivery and effectiveness in outcome delivery. Prioritization and capitalization of investments in our product are important to get high yield and value.

As Program Manager you will play an important part in enabling and leading and coordinating important initiatives and ensuring appropriate capitalization and value delivery.

What you will be responsible for

• Organize and structure plans, goals, outcomes, and epics to ensure capitalization of development spending and correct reporting and accounting
• Create views and reports for capitalization
• Coordinate and guide strategic initiatives across product lines and teams in a scaled agile environment with a very large number of teams delivering value together.
• Improve the flow and effectiveness of value delivery
• Propose initiatives for improvements

What we value:

• Experience in product development, product management, and large-scale agile development
• Leadership experience from successfully delivering strategic initiatives
• Knowledge of planning tools used in product development and product management
• A willingness to learn and develop your knowledge of BI/data management systems
• Excellent collaboration, bridging engineering and product management and other stakeholders
• Firsthand experience in similar positions in international and agile environments.
• A degree in Computer Sciences/Business Administration or similar
• Fluency in English
