We are a global team of +10 ambitious Service and Solutions Architects, located in Denmark, Czech Republic, and the Philippines. We provide infrastructure solutions for some of Denmark’s largest companies with global reach. Our daily work is filled with different projects driven by customer needs while being part of a strong architect community with a high level of knowledge sharing.

We are part of Aeven responsible for everything from infrastructure and applications to complete orchestration and support of our customers’ IT solutions. Our work processes are based on best practice and our procedures follow ITIL standards (IT Infrastructure Library).

Your responsibilities
As an Endpoint Management Service Architect, you will play a cross-organizational role and you will apply both broad and deep technology and business knowledge.
You will help our organization and customers on the Digital Workplace transformation journey with a focus on the Microsoft Device Management Technologies.

As our Service Architect you will be responsible for defining the Services and creating a solid Device Management foundation that we and our clients can stand upon to accelerate the Digital Transformation journey.

Your work tasks include:

• Act as trusted advisor and/or lead Architect on significant customer projects.
• End-to-end responsibility for IT infrastructure solution architecture across different technology domains
• Challenge and transform business requirements into holistic solutions that support Aeven’s technology standards and roadmaps.
• Jointly with product owners take leadership and ensure product/service scope is delivered on time with expected quality and that a smooth handover to Global Operation is made.
• Customer inspiration in relation to Aeven services
• Ensure all required architectural decisions are made, documented and implemented in a timely manner.
• Support the delivery and sales units in sales and presales activities.

Your qualifications and experience
The ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications:

• Bachelor/master’s degree or equal professional experience
• Advanced knowledge and experience in designing Endpoint Management solutions.
• Skills within Cloud and on prem Endpoint Management solutions from Microsoft (Intune, SCCM, GPO)
• Skills within Azure IaaS and PaaS Cloud services
• Good understanding of M365 security (Microsoft Defender ATP, LAPS, BitLocker, Windows Hello for Business)
• Active Directory and Entra ID experience
• ITIL V3 or later foundation
• Professional experience from a regulated industry
• Strong people-facing skills and be good at handling challenging situations.
• Excellent presentations skills
• Understanding of how to design secure IT solutions.
• Experience with technical project management.
• Professional approach and extensive experience within infrastructure solution design

You have a strong technical background within IT Infrastructure, and you have a true passion for technology that shines through in your engagement with colleagues and clients for who you will also act as a guiding star.

Furthermore, you are analytical and see the bigger picture. You can set the direction and know what it takes to create sustainable solutions.

You must have good English skills both orally and in writing, and you have to ability to communicate complex technical matters in a way so everyone can understand it.
Some travel will be part of the job.

We appreciate if you have worked with IT outsourcing from a customer or supplier perspective where transition knowledge has been gained, and we consider it an advantage if you are able to manage complex communication and negotiations from different perspectives and interests.
