This Superb opportunity:

We are looking for a Nordic speaking part time Customer Support Specialist to help us out on evenings and weekends primarily. We believe that you, just like us, care about delivering superb service to our customers by making sure that they get a great experience when communicating with us. If you have a proven track record in helping customers with a Saas product or similar that's amazing, if you don't it's ok, we will teach you everything you need to know.

What you will do:

  • Work closely with the rest of the Support team to resolve any tickets or issues faced by your customers
  • Provide mail, chat and phone support to our Nordic customers primarily
  • Understand how customers currently are using the products and identify opportunities to increase usage and gain even more value from Superb
  • Align with the product team to ensure feedback loops and communicate the voice of customers
  • Log customer data in our CRM, and ensure that all steps of the process are reported in a structured way.

You are/have:

  • A flair for tech related things
  • Excited about investigating, troubleshooting and finding solutions for challenges and problems that our customers are facing
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Service minded, efficient, structured, and solution-oriented.
  • Fluent in Danish or Swedish and able to communicate very well in English
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Live in or near Copenhagen where we have our hub
