We are currently seeking for Operational Segment & End-User Marketing Manager, New Energy Landscope - Nordic Baltic Zone to be based in our office either in Stockholm Sweden, Copenhagen Denmark or Helsinki Finland! In this role you will be joining us on our exciting journey towards more sustainable future while developing and deploying comprehensive marketing strategies to drive segment and end-user growth!

What will you do:

Your key responsibilities will include formulating strategic marketing plans, overseeing campaign development, managing execution, and aligning marketing initiatives with the Channel Marketing teams that influence the New Energy including fast growing segments such as Power & Grid, Renewables, Power-to-X, Batteries.

Additionally, you will be entrusted with budget management to ensure the overall success of marketing efforts, and you animate the community of relevant channel marketeers across the Nordic countries. By executing effective marketing strategies and initiatives, you contribute to the overall success of Schneider Electric in the segment and towards end-users.

You will be driving our:

  • Segment Strategy Development: Collaborate with the business units and marketing colleagues to to define and execute channel marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives. This includes understanding market trends, identifying target segments and end-users, and determining the best approach to engage customers
  • Segment Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns tailored specifically for segments within the New Energy Landscape and sub-segments ‘Renewables’, ‘Power-to-X’ and ‘Batteries. Develop compelling messaging, create marketing collateral, leverage digital marketing platforms, and coordinate events to raise brand awareness, generate leads, and drive product and solution adoption cross businesses.
  • End-User Account Based Marketing (ABM): Working with high-value accounts based on strategic criteria and alignment with business goals for tailored marketing campaigns and content to resonate with specific accounts and their individual needs. Collaboration with Sales by aligning closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts are coordinated and supportive of the sales process for the targeted accounts.
  • Animation of Channel Marketing: In your Nordic role, you form a community with country marketeers covering channels that are relevant for you segment and end-users. Ensuring regular engagement, define common goals, sharing of content and knowledge and follow-up on marketing performance.
  • Relationship building: Fostering strong, personalized relationships with key stakeholders in Schneider Electric as well as within the targeted segments and accounts for successful marketing impact and creation of customer stories.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI for campaigns, ABM and digital engagement.

Your key Stakeholders will be our Business Units, Channel Manager Community, PR, Brand & Communications, Marketing & Digital Marketing.

Your performance will be measured on Campaign Analytics, Marketing Engaged Customers, Influenced Orders, Brand Awareness, Winning Launches etc.
