(Sr.) System Manager (Tulip) for the IT Department

The Department and the Team
The System Manager will be a part of the TechOps IT QA tower which resides within the Global IT department and this position will be placed in the FDBD (Denmark) site. We are currently 6 Genkified and ambitious co-workers in the TechOps IT QA team, and we are looking for an individual who has technical experience with the Tulip application especially in the Electronic Logbooks area. You will be part of a team that encourages its members to take ownership, improve skillsets and in-turn we recognize your work and provide a flexible work setup in a global team.

The position
In the position as System Manager in our IT Department, you will e.g., work on the following tasks:

• Reports to the System Owner.
• Act as a Primary System Manger for Tulip Application.
• Help optimizing the current processes that is live and in development.
• Service Management - Follow the process and tickets from ServiceNow.
• Incident Management – User and System issues.
• Act as Technical Reviewer and take part / facilitate CAB meetings.
• Upgrades and Minor changes to the apps, logbooks, documentation, & changes.
• Deviation, Investigation, CAPA, Change Management, etc., – ServiceNow and TrackWise following FDB SOPs.
• Vendor Communication and License Management.
• Work with QA for User Review, Periodic Review and Audit Trail Review.
• Create and Maintain – Administration SOPs.
• Facilitate Admin training as needed and maintain documentation of the project(s) knowledge.
• Assistance to projects where needed and getting knowledge transfer for any new release after project mode.
• Act as secondary point of contact for other QA applications.

Ideally, you would have:

• Minimum 3 years of operation and maintenance of Tulip system, preferably within a regulated industry.
• Experience in Administrative functions along with data integrity and security.
• Experience in managing a system in a structured & organized manner and knowledge of GAMP.
• A Quality mindset, structured, with strong analytical skills and a high sense of responsibility.
• A strong analytical and methodical approach to troubleshooting/investigation and capable of presenting issues and viable solutions.
• Strong communication skills & work with fellow team members and other functional team members to coordinate and deliver goals.
• Electronic logbooks implementation experience using the Tulip application.

We are hiring for attitude, so we are looking for people who have a lot of drive and proven interest with working with Tulip. We are both open to mid-senior as well as senior system manager experience.
