As our new Solutions Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategy for repetitive and non-repetitive purchasing. In this role, you will initiate and deploy a purchasing organisation and processes for supplier selection, qualification and management as well as deployment of purchasing processes and tools to manage effectively purchasing and risk mitigation. You will professionalize purchasing through the deployment of a certification programme and provide solution purchasing support to key opportunities and projects in accordance with corporate guidelines.
What You'll be doing:
- Establish and execute a purchasing strategy on recurrent and non recurrent purchasing for Execution Center
- Define R&R for purchasing between Solution Purchasers, Tender and Contract, Project Manager, and Purchasing Managers
- Outline and implement purchasing governance and internal control rules.
- Define and manage performance indicators e.g. purchasing performance, Suppliers, Tender/Contract/Project Management and follow up process
- Deploy purchasing process and tools, for example eSourcing, RESOLVE, SSP-SRM
- Investigate the deployment of e-prourement tool to increase the procurement efficiency
- Implement a plan to improve the purchasing knowledge and competency as well as a process for continuous improvement
- Provide support for key opportunities and in the execution of projects
What Will Help You Succeed:
- At least 5 years experience in Purchasing Management, ideally in energy or renewable sectors
- Educated to degree level, with qualification in purchasing or similar function
- Engineering degree in mechanics, electric and/or electronics is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Danish are an advantage
- Exceptional relationship skills, and strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
