Our Nordic Offer Marketing team is looking for a driven and enthusiastic new team member to lead our Emergency Lighting offer Portfolio in Norway & Sweden! You are self-driven with a strong entrepreneurial mindset willing to be part of an exciting Nordic team of Offer Marketers, then this job is made for you. We are looking for a new Offer Marketing Manager that will drive our Emergency Lighting Offer to the next level. This role will report to the Nordic Offer Marketing Director and be based in our HQ in Oslo, Norway. In Schneider Electric, we consider this role as being the “CEO” of the Offer.

As Offer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and driving the strategy for your Offer Portfolio. This, by first analyzing and identifying the key business opportunities on the Norwegian/ Swedish market, and then defining all marketing levers to be deployed together with our sales team to achieve our ambition.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategically Emergency Lighting offer portfolio.
• Be responsible of the entire product life cycle.

• Build and execute Offer launch plans in countries.
• Implement and follow Pricing strategy/Commercial Policy.
• Define “Go to Market” strategy, execute and follow the deployment with Sales leaders.
• Be the ambassador of your Offer to internal and external stakeholders.
• Regularly visit Key customers and Distributors in Norway & Sweden
• Support Account Managers with key customers.
• Monitor trends and customer needs by regularly assessing market.
• Support Global Offer Owner on developing future Roadmaps.

Your background

• Driven and self-motivated person with excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders.
• You hold a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or similar.
• Experience with Emergency Lighting business, as part of a: Supplier, Contractor, System Integrator or Design firm company is a plus.
• Ability to solve problems and think outside the box to achieve the best results.
• You are organized, systematic and able to work against deadlines and within different processes.
• Fluent in Swedish or Norwegian, and English.
