RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the development and implementation of change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during periods of transformation.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement within existing processes and systems.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead sourcing and partners to ensure the scalability and flexibility..
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate changes, solicit feedback, and address concerns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to transformation and change management, and apply this knowledge to enhance our approach.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (preferred).
• Demonstrated interest in transformation, change management, or organizational development and sourcing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Previous experience in project management or transformation initiatives is a plus.
• Excellent English
